Soka Enterprises is a property investment firm focused on new build developments. The firm was founded in 2009 and incorporated in 2017. Since the late 2000s, we have invested in the London, Kent, Essex and Edinburgh property markets executing transactions of c£50m with more than 100 units refurbished, built or under construction.
